We love our guests and feel it is important to stay open for you all! Here are the steps we are taking following the guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Restaurant Association (NRA) and Hawaii State Department of Health (DOH).

  • Each staff member has their temperature taken and logged at the beginning of each shift. If anyone has ANY symptom, they will be asked to leave and remain at home.

  •  Each guest has their temperature taken upon entering.

  • Front of the house and kitchen staff wear face masks throughout their shift.

  • Customers must wear face coverings when entering and leaving the restaurant facility. Customers may remove the face coverings while seated, but they are encouraged to wear face coverings when not actively eating or drinking.

  • Plastic and plexiglass barriers have been installed to separate guests at the bar and on the dining room floor.

  • Outdoor seating has been expanded to include the sidewalk area.

  • Standing at the bar and dining area in not allowed.

  • The entire pub is thoroughly cleaned at the beginning and end of each day.

  • Bathrooms, door handles, POS, tables, chairs, bar top and other surfaces are

    sanitized throughout the day and evening.

  • Menus are accessed through the guest phone using the QR code and disposable

    menus are available.

  • All food is available to go at no additional cost.

  • Tables, chairs, walls and bar top are always wiped down with bleach sanitizer after

    a guest leaves.

  • Hand sanitizer is available at the hostess stand and bar.

  • The ketchup, salt, pepper, Tabasco and sauces are served in individual disposable

    ramekins.

  • Disposable napkins and chopsticks are used.

  • When non-disposable dishware and utensils are used, they are sanitized after each use consistent with DOH guidance and regulations, and “best practices” of the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (“FDA”).

  • Employees wash hands frequently for at least 20 seconds.

  • Plastic cups are available if a guest chooses not to use a glass.
